DAY 1

Objectives: Cluj-Napoca - Transapuseni - Valea Ariesului - TransUrsoaia

In the morning we will head towards the Transapuseni mountain road. In the Apuseni motorcycle tour, we will cross a portion of the Trascău Mountains through the Sloboda Forest towards Brădești, and then we will reach Mogoș and Bucium-Sat, to finally join Arieș Valley in the area of Abrud. This is one of the most authentic mountain areas in the Apuseni region with many farms reminiscent of the-last-century Transylvania.

From Abrud we will continue on Valea Arieșului towards Albac, from where we will choose the TransUrsoaia road, another mountain road from the heart of Apuseni Mountains National Park to Mărișel, where we will spend the evening.

DAY 2

Objectives: TransUrsoaia – Apuseni Mountains National Park – Drăganului Valley – Sălaj – Cluj-Napoca

After breakfast, we gear up and continue on winding mountain roads specific to Apuseni Mountains until Drăgan Floroiu Dam. After a short coffee break, we will start the descent and will gradually change the landscape.

 

Further on, the beautiful hills of Sălaj county await us. The lunch break will be at Huta Slavia Restaurant, specifically Slovak. Till Cluj-Napoca, we will travel only on winding roads with landscapes that are specific to the hill area of Transylvania.
